eggs - 4
bell pepper - 1 chopped
onion - 2, finely chopped
green chili - 1, finely chopped
mint - 1 tbsp, finely chopped (optional)
cilantro - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
black pepper - 1/2 tsp
red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
curry powder - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt - 3/4 tsp
milk 4 tbsp
oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
1) Heat oil in a wide pan on med. flame. Add onion, green chili, mint and stir it.
2) In a min. add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, stir thoroughly.
3) After a min. add salt, curry powder, black pepper, red chili powder and bell pepper, saute it for 2 min.
4) Now add eggs, milk, leave it for 2 min.(don't stir).
5) After 2 min. stir and scramble it. Cook it for 2-3 min.
6) Now add cilantro, stir again. Let it cook for 2 min. Turn off the heat.
It goes well with roti, rice.
