Vegetable Pizza - 3 people

Ingredients:
For Crust:
maida(all purpose flour) - 2cups
yeast - 1tsp
warm water - 3/4 cup
honey or sugar - 1/4 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
olive oil - 1 tbsp

Sauce:
tomatoes - 2 big (make it puree)
garlic - 1 clove (minced)
onion - 1/2 (finely chopped)
chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
salt - as per taste or 1/4 tsp
olive oil - 1tbsp

Topping:
capsicum - 1(thin sliced)onion - 1/2 (thin sliced)
mushroom - 4(thin sliced)
plum tomato -1(thin sliced)
mozzarella shredded cheese - as you required

Method:

Pizza Dough
Add yeast, honey to the water and stir until dissolved. Keep it aside for 5 min.
Add flour, salt, oil, yeast water in a large bowl. Mix it and knead it for 5 min. Add water if needed. Cover the lid and rest it for 1-2 hrs in a warm place. Dough
should be double in size.

Sauce
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, onion, spices and stir it for a min.
Now add tomato puree, salt, stir it. Cook this in med. flame until the sauce is thickened.

Procedure:
1) Preheat the oven to 490°F. Spread little bit butter to the large pizza pan.

2) Place dough on the pan and press the dough with your fingers all over the pan.

Now spread sauce on it, then sprinkle cheese, add toppings whatever you like it.

4) Put the pan in the oven and bake it for 15 min.

5) Take it out and cut it in the pieces.

Here I didn't added tomatoes.

Note : For chicken pizza- instead of veg. toppings add cooked chicken.
