Egg Drops


Ingredients:
Eggs - 6
salt - 1tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
ginger-garlic paste - 1tsp
coriander powder - 1/2tsp
red chilli powder - 1tsp
garam-masala powder - 1/4tsp
onions- 2 (chopped)
tomatoes - 2big(chopped)
corainder leaves - 1cup(chopped)
oil - 2tbsp
To Grind:
roasted poppy seeds(gasaalu) - 2tbsp
roasted coconut powder - 11/2tbsp
roasted peanuts - 2tbsp
green chillies - 2
onion - 1/2
Method:
1) Grind the above ingredients.

2) Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, fry till it becomes soft.

3) Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and ground paste.

4) Stir it thoroughly, so that all spices mix well. Add 2 cups of water.

5) When the water starts boil, drop eggs slowly. Make a gap between each egg.

6) Leave it until eggs become solid. Now flip the eggs on ther side very gently.

7) When gravy becomes thick, add garam masala, corainder leaves, stir in side way. Turn off the heat.

Serve with roti, rice, any pulao or biryani.
