Ingredients:
besan - 1cup
rice flour - 1/2 cup
mixed vegetables(potato,eggplant,etc.)
capsicum - 1 med size(chopped)
green peas - 1/4 cup
cilantro - bunch
salt - 11/2 tsp
green chilli - 1(minced)
onion - 1(sliced)
ginger - 1tsp(minced)
coriander powder - 1tbsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
oil - for deep fry
Method:1) Chop potato, eggplant finely and cook for 5min. Strain water
and keep aside.
2) Take a big bowl, add all the ingredients including cooked vegetables.
Mix well with little water.
3) Heat oil, drop pakoda mixture with spoon.
4) Fry till it turn red color. Remove and drain in paper towel.
5) Serve with tomato sauce, tamarind chutney, or coriander chutney.
