Ingredients:
long green chillies _ 5-6
oil - 4tbsp
To Grind:
tamarind - lemon size(soak in water)
roasted sesame seeds - 1tbsp
roasted peanuts - 1/4cup
roasted coconut powder - 2tbsp
sugar - 1/2tsp
salt - 1tsp
corainder powder - 1tsp
garlic - 1clove
onion - 1/2
Method:
Grind all the above ingredients. Make a smooth paste.
Slit green chillies and remove seeds (don't cut in half).
Take each green chilli, fill the stuffing (paste) inside.

Take each green chilli, fill the stuffing (paste) inside.
Heat oil in a saute pan. Add stuffed chillies. Turn the heat in low, fry for 5min. Add 1cup water, cover and cook for 15min on low heat. When the gravy thickens and chillies are cooked remove from heat.
Serve with any type biryani or roti.
