Atukula(poha) Upma-4 people
Ingredients:
thin poha - 4cups
onion - 1 big
peanuts - few
green chilli - 1/2
salt - 3/4tsp
turmeric - 1/2tsp
curry leaves - 1 spring(optional)
oil - 2tbsp
Method:
Chop onions, slice green chilli in small pieces.
Wet poha with little water.Just sprinkle water on it.
Heat oil in a saute pan. Add green chilli, curry leaves, onion.
Fry till it transparent, now add peanuts, salt, turmeric.
Fry for 2-4 min in medium heat.
Now turn the heat to very low and add poha to it.
Stir poha and leave it for 5 min.
Remove from heat. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with lemon juice.
