Dondakaya Koora(Tindora)

Ingredients:
dondakaya - 1lb
tomotoes - 2 medium size
onion - 1 big size
coriander leaves - 2tbsp
mint leaves - 1tbsp
salt - 3/4 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
chilli powder - 1/2tsp
ginger-garlic paste - 1/2tsp
coriander powder 1/2tsp
garam masala powder - 1/4tsp

Method:
Slice dondakaya's in thin slices. Chop onions & tomotoes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions mint leaves, fry till it transparent.
Now add dondaya, ginger-garlic paste, turmreic and stir it well.
Now add remaining spices (except garam masala), tomotoes stir it.
Add 1 cup water, cover the lid, cook it in medium heat.
When the water evoparates and dondakaya is cooked add garam masala.
Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves.


Serve with rice or chapathi or naan.
