Raita (perugu pachadi)
Ingredients:curd(plain yogurt) - 2 cupsonion - 1/2, finely choppedcilantro - 1tbsp, finely choppedcarrot - 1/2 small, gratedcucumber (optional) - 1/4, peel & gratesalt - 1/4 tspMethod:Add all the ingredients to curd and mix it well.Serve chill.This raita is such a healthy item and you can eat this anyway.I mean serve with roti, parata, any kind of rice, biryani, pulao.
