Raita (perugu pachadi)


Ingredients:
curd(plain yogurt) - 2 cups
onion - 1/2, finely chopped
cilantro - 1tbsp, finely chopped
carrot - 1/2 small, grated
cucumber (optional) - 1/4, peel & grate
salt - 1/4 tsp

Method:
Add all the ingredients to curd and mix it well.
Serve chill.

This raita is such a healthy item and you can eat this anyway.
I mean serve with roti, parata, any kind of rice, biryani, pulao.
